Changing times and Mixed emotions[Part 01]

Well normally i wouldnt be blogging about my self but to keep this a bit personal i thought id open up about the last 6 weeks.

Part 1 - So being a Christchurch lad alot has changed in last six weeks. From finishing up my course on the 15th of February, i had everything lined up for a job. The date for my employment test was the 25th of Feb, the day prior to my birthday. The scene was set for a great period, My birthday and the possibility of a new job.

So it was heads down bum up studying 3DS Max, I took a break on the 22nd of February to watch a bit of TV(Seven Periods with Mr Gormsby). After watching a episode or two it was time for lunch, 1249(NZDST) rolled around and it was time for lunch. Dad decided it was nice to have a hot chip sammy, I thought it was a great idea. While he was waiting for my brother to get ready and go out I took the oppertunity to grab him and have a look under the hood of my car. The day prior I pulled up on St Asaph Street over heated. We lift up and cant seem to b able to find a leak anywhere.

1251 - It was strange outside. By strange I mean weird, there was no air like time was standing still. A loud crack echoed throughout Christchurch. My Dad turned to me as if to say what was that, Then the ground moves.

The noise was deafening, Stumbling around i try to grab onto my dad who is falling. In turn I'm chucked to the ground. The ground settles briefly, 24 Seconds of terror, 6.3 I thought it was an 8 or higher. My brother comes running out of our house "The house is F@#ked" he screams as he joins me and dad on the driveway. We turn and look around the street, Footpaths had buckled and the road had moved feet. Cracks line the adjacent street. Calm enough I step inside for a moment to survey the damage. All the kitchen draws are opened out the Fridge was walked out, Cracks in the foundations are visible.

I step back outside and bang the "Aftershock big aftershock" strikes, alas its only 5.7.....

V8Factor has been Unleashed!!!

Well the latest instalment of V8Factor has been released all be it in beta form. The mod was first talked about back in 2007, When the VE and BF were introduced. Well now four years later its almost complete and I must say its the best V8 mod I've ever driven and the level of detail on the Commodore VE and Falcon BF and FG surpasses anything I ever imangined. Team ORSM should be very proud of what they have released.

Anyway heres my turn to show off what I've been doing with the mod since its release last week

More liveries to follow =)

V8 Supercar Challenge

"I must say this is the most fun you can have on four wheels".....

One of my Favourite games of all time is Team ORSM mod for F1C. V8 Supercars 2004 is a great addition to this game with good models for it time, better looking and handling than Codemasters.

Heres some fun ive been having in a car I designed(well the Livery)

Cheers ORSM for a great game
